Kicks in Hapkido are similar to the kicks in Taekwondo, but concentrates more on low movements below the waist along with hooking and sweeping techniques.

Balance, coordination and muscle control are key with Hapkido kicking – especially in series of double kicks. Once double kick sets are mastered with one foot, a student moves on to jumping using alternative kicking legs. Draco Academy teaches all verities of Hapkido kicks!
